Not at home at the time of delivery? No problem, our couriers are happy to re-arrange a time. Please note: If you have purchased an item with Free Delivery and have booked a delivery time slot with our couriers, but have not been home to accept the package, then a charge will be required for a second attempt at delivery.
Please ensure that the products you have ordered will be able to fit through your doorways before ordering.
If the item is damaged on arrival, you may be are able to return it with the carrier before accepting the delivery. Please see full delivery terms here.

Unless your furniture was damaged or faulty upon arrival, additional charges may incur for collection. Collections for accessories are free charge.
