For large items, customers will be contacted by the couriers to book a delivery time slot. Otherwise customers will be notified via email or text message on the day their order is dispatched. Please ensure that you check the dimensions of the product before ordering and that it will fit through your doorways. If you have not inspected the item at the time of delivery, please kindly note ‘NOT INSPECTED’ on the Proof of Delivery before signing it. If you have purchased an item with Free Delivery offer and have booked a delivery time slot with our couriers, but have not been home to take delivery, then a charge will be required for a second attempt at delivery. A charge is also applicable to a second attempt at collection.
If the item is damaged on arrival, you may be able to return it with the courier before accepting the delivery. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please call customer services on 0207 087 2900 within 14 days of receipt and we would be more than happy to schedule a collection, replacement or refund. Please note: Unless the item was damaged/faulty, there will be a surcharge for collection. All Made to Order products are not returnable.
