How can I place an order?
All products from the Alison at Home range can be ordered online or via telephone on 020 7087 2900 – lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Availability of stock
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All items in our store listed as “In Stock” will be processed and shipped to you within the time specified on the product page for that product. If you would like to enquire about the availability of items listed as “out of stock”, please email email@example.com – it’s quite likely that we have more on order and can reserve one for you.
How can I redeem a promotional code?
Discount and free delivery codes should be entered in the relevant promotional box at the shopping cart. If placing an order over the telephone, the code should be quoted before making payment. If you experience any issues, please call us direct on 020 7087 2900.
I’m having difficulty paying for my order
If you receive an error message stating that your transaction cannot currently be processed, after confirming your payment, this is usually caused by a problem during the authentication process initiated by your bank. This can occur for a number of different reasons, and the problem can usually be resolved by making sure you have entered your card and billing address details correctly, and trying again at a later point in time. If you are having difficulty paying for any other reason, please contact our customer services on 020 7087 2900, or call our sales team who will be delighted to process your order over the phone for you.
I’m not sure if my payment was processed successfully
If you are uncertain whether you have been charged for your order, please check your email inbox (or spam/junk) folder for a confirmation receipt. All orders placed through our website will automatically generate a receipt, sent to the email address you logged-in with. Please do check that you have entered your email address correctly.
Do I get I receipt with my order?
Yes you do. This will be emailed to you (please also check your junk/spam folder) as soon as your order has been placed.
Which methods of payments are accepted by Alison at Home?
We accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Maestro and American Express.
Will I be charged before or after receiving my order?
You will be charged for your order in full at the time of purchase.
Can I shop at Alison at Home from outside of the UK?
Unfortunately our carriers are unable to deliver outside of the UK Mainland. However, we are able to deliver to an international depot and can assist you in organising a delivery from there.
