I was informed that the chairs would be delayed and did I wish to cancel or continue with the order
We chose to wait and they were delivered yesterday , requiring minimal assembly ( chair legs )

I have to rate the service, quality and after sales a 10. I recently purchased a 'Charles Taylor' bench and although I wasn't entirely happy with one of the arms it was quickly replaced with no trouble at all...even though I was prepared to see how it wintered..I personally cannot fault them at all, and I just love all the compliments on my lovely bench.

The folding garden chairs were delivered last week but it took over an hour to partially unwrap one chair. I contacted your office who were most helpful, I said in Jest to Amar why don’t you come and unwrap the chairs for me, I live pretty close to your office and I’d prefer to keep the chairs than return... and guess what, he did. That was above and beyond and very much appreciated. Please accept my thanks for fantastic customer service and for great chairs too.
