Rose Cocktail

Summer makes me think of roses. Sophie Dahl’s rose cocktail recipe is immensely feminine and equally simple to make. Sprinkle with edible rose petals for a delicate yet glamorous finish.

Rose Cocktail


  • 1 Bottle of Prosecco
  • 4 - 6 tbsp Rose Syrup


  1. 1. Pour the prosecco into the serving glasses and then drizzle the rose syrup gently on top, allowing it to trickle down to the bottom.
