2018 was always going to be an important year, not least because we had a new website to launch in the Spring, and we are thrilled with it!
But there’s a lot more going on at Alison at Home this year, and here are some of the highlights.
March 8th marked International Women’s Day, and as a female founder herself, our CEO Alison Cork joined in the celebrations, marking her appointment as Government Champion for Women Entrepreneurs at the IWD reception at No 10 Downing Street.
On the interiors front, we have scoured the shows at home and abroad to bring you the best selection of homeware products that money can buy, for not much money at all! With an eye ever on quality and value, the Alison at Home ethos is all about style and affordability and we think that shines through our 2018 product range.
Our partnerships with other major retailers continue apace, and Alison continues to design for online furniture retailer Made.com, and has also curated five new bathrooms for online bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing.
Later this year Alison will unveil her new homeware range for TV Shopping channel QVC and has this to say : “In my opinion this is the best range we have ever brought to our viewers and I just can’t wait to introduce it on screen. It is simply, truly fabulous”.
On the publishing front, Alison has launched new columns in several national papers, and now has regular interiors pages in the Telegraph, Times, Guardian, Observer, I, Express and London Evening Standard, alongside several interiors magazines.
2018 is proving to be every bit as exciting and busy as we anticipated, and with upcoming trips to Belgium, Italy, Poland, Greece and America, all we can say is, watch out for the interiors photo gallery!
With best wishes,
The Alison at Home team.
